Dean only eats what doesn’t touch the pavement and has a cast iron constitution. Also, it’s great to see both Heart and Dean going without socks.

There was a Nancy comic where the titular character refused to let Sluggo taste her ice cream, when it fell off the cone and a dog walked over it, but she rounded up and picked the ice cream up and put it back on the cone (to eat) and then “asked” Sluggo if she wanted germs on her cone!
