Bought a 4 dvd set of Firefly at an estate sale knowing nothing about it other than it was science fiction. Then found out more about it on the net. Ordered the movie Serenity and watched that. Boy, did FOX mess up when they canceled that!
I read a study that basically confirmed this. If you binge-watch a TV show — several episodes over a short period of time — you’re less likely to remember what you’ve seen in previous episodes. Best to stretch it out over a longer period of time, like regular TV.
