Chazz: Why don't we just wait till you meet Carmen on Friday, and you can tell me what you think of her. Poncho: Hoo, boy! Chazz: Not right then and there! Later! Poncho: What if I use sign language? I can go like this: Akk! Chazz: No, Poncho. Poncho: Okay. I'll just piddle on the floor a little bit. Chazz: Poncho, please, I'm begging you…

That’s the stuff Poncho, mark her when you meet her. That will be the start of a great relationship.

LOL! My dog Charlie, a female, (she was named that when we got her), part lab, part beagle, would piddle a little bit every time my mom came out. She loved my mom and got so excited she couldn’t help it. She finally stopped the piddling when she was about 3, but she still went nuts when she saw my mom. Never got that excited with anybody else.

So Chazz is bringing Carmen to his house on their first date? So she can cook for him? Or when he “met someone” was that the first date, and this is the second? Still early, but one must suspend reality in the comics world.

Geez, it’s a wonder Chaz and Carmen ever got together.
Say, in ‘real time,’ are Chaz and Carmen married or just ‘living in sin?’

Dry, thanks for the sweet story.
My Scottie, Kirbey would piddle a little every time we came home or people came to visit, she would get so excited.
For a long time no one was allowed to pet her or acknowledge her at the front door, it really helped, and as she got older she grew out of it. Like Dry’s dog she would still be so happy to see us, that never went away but the piddling did.

My vet calls it “happy water” and the techs at her office would compete with each other to see who could get the biggest puddle out of my last dog. She would occasionally still make some at age 12.

Makes you wonder what your dog was thinking to make him do that, Lucy fur.
My male husky has the drip syndrome when he gets excited. It’s gotten less as he has gotten older, but it is still evident occasionally.
