None of us do. Amazon, Facebook and Google took care of that. And we were all afraid of Big Brother. Who knew he’d be a salesman?

The Internet Association that represents Google et al had a spokesman come on an lie like a drunken sailor saying they want to protect our privacy. The govt is trying to stop all the spying by them because it interferes with the govt spying on us.

I like their policy. When I worked with Boy Scouts, I carried copies of the section of the Texas Family Code known informally as the Parents’ Bill of Rights. Until you’re 18, you own nothing, not even your clothes. Not even things you bought with money you earned. You have no right to money you earn. Your parents decide where you will be and when. The chorus of “No way?” was very satisfying.
