I was watching old Kitchen Nightmare clips on YouTube last night. This one restaurant owner was described by her staff as being unable to take criticism. She’s watching and listening to them from another room and keeps saying they are liars and she doesn’t want to listen to it. She never stopped to say, “I am refusing to hear the criticism that I am incapable of hearing criticism. Therefore, I am proving them right.” Ouch. :(
