I was hoping to touch off this kind of commentary. Isn’t it deplorable that burglars have sued and WON?! How on Earth is that possible? Burglars should be considered to be…..um, well, criminals!

In the USA, yes. Here in Canada if you injure yourself in the commission of a crime you can expect to lose the lawsuit.
