I didn’t drink coffee until I got to graduate school. My lab was kept at 60 degrees F. to keep outgasing from the equipment to a minimum. Right outside the door was free HOT coffee.
I ‘learned’ to like coffee on account of free refills. Stretches it out. And I learned to ‘like’ beer because I enjoyed it far less than, say, spiced rum, and would drink it more slowly

What office has this “free” coffee of which you speak?
No employer I’ve ever had has provided such, leading to the Tyranny of the Tea Club.

Too bad your work doesn’t offer a better tasting caffeinated beverage for free.

I prefer my hot water flavored by dried tea leaves rather than dried crushed coffee beans. Tea. Earl Grey. Hot.
