    Rod will NEVER stand up to his sister, so no matter how many times Omar screws up or threatens to leave (Don’t know if anyone remembers that arc during the summer when Omar walks out and Rod begged him to come back.). The ONLY way Rod would ever fire him is that he loses a lot of business, and Omar is the cause. Actually, I’m surprised that hasn’t happened yet…but it will.
