Here in the UK it is National Black Cat Day :-)

I’ve had three 99.9% black cats over the years, and a couple of black and white cats who have been mostly black, my BIL has a black cat also. I don’t have a digital copy of one of the three (Minnie), so here are pictures of the two I had, and my BIL’s cat.

First we have Poppy who had a misshapen face and only one eye following a car accident.

Black Cats can be the BEST!

I am angry.

I have a client that has strength issues.

OHSU and a Neurosurgeon are trying to figure out why.

He falls. He falls a lot.

He needs help when he falls, he can’t get up.

Like i said, he falls a lot.

The local Fire Chief came to his house and told him the they will no longer respond to calls to his home.

I’m pissed. My boss is pissed.

She called all four major TV News outlets on the Portland/Vancouver metro area.

I don’t care if he falls a dozen tomes a day, for the Fire Department to refuse to come to his home is criminal.

I am very angry.

Well, Chesney, you’ve done it now, waking Lily up from a sound sleep. You’ll be sorry.

Maybe those cats should have made Lily some catnip cookies “before” they poked the bear!

We are back from our week in the (little bit too warm for me) desert. Saw a newborn desert tortoise! And a beautiful black tarantula paid us a visit – 6 guys shouting for ME to come get it outside which I of course was happy to do. They are so soft, and not venomous. No snakes this trip, darn. 3 inches of rain destroyed quite a bit of the road as 6 different washes cross it, but there are little green sprouts everywhere waiting to blooming the spring. And now I have a week’s worth of 10 kitties to catch up with!
