I won’t go jogging either. I have bad knees. However, I do walk, twice a day for about 1-1/2 miles each time. Timed myself on my treadmill, and it is about 3.5 miles per hour. Ben and Olivia are about the same age as I am. I don’t think folks our age should be jogging. Too hard on the joints. Walking at a good pace is just as beneficial without the wear and tear on the joints.
How about “No jogging, I like my knees?” Walking is better for you overall, and very enjoyable. Joggers are junkies, after that endorphin high. And I got that straight from the mouth of a jogger who was also a medic in the US Air Force, who had to wrap his knees every day (at the age of 32), and jogged anyway. He warned EVERYONE off.

I ride a stationary bike. Easier on the knees, but hard on the bum!
