“Bob’s your uncle” means “And there you go. Easy!” There was an English politician (don’t remember the details) but his name was Robert somebody. He appointed his nephew to a number of important positions. Hence, when it’s going to turn out well for you, it’s because, “Bob’s your uncle”.
