Long before the TV show, the song portrayed the other reindeer in pretty much the same light. And people are just noticing it now? On the other hand, in the TV show, didn’t Santa and the other characters ultimately feel kind of bad about their treatment of Rudolph? So doesn’t it show that people can learn and grow, and that we should appreciate everyone for their special abilities? Doesn’t seem like the worst Christmas lesson.
Your art work threw me. I thought I had opened the wrong strip. Considering your busy schedule, it surprises me that you were able to take the time to draw these characters so accurately.
The point everyone is missing is that you should talk to them in addition to letting them watch television. Parents need to put what children see in context.

I might have gone with the Hulk for anger management, but Rat does fall under that category.

Huffington Post? Where do you think they got their name? Guess what the staffers do on their breaks? (And it would explain their extreme views!)

This is why these characters are in the comics ~~ so we can laugh at them dealing with these issues that so many of us have………..or is it just me?
Let’s all boycott the Huffington Post. Leave the classics alone!
