We had an experience in D.C. with a crooked cabbie who, apparently, thought that we didn’t know our way around the area! When we refused to pay the ridiculous fare, he threatened to call the police to which we replied "that’s a great idea if you don’t we will! He said " get out"and sped off! :o]

I’d bail without paying as soon as we got back to the city.

Ad the bill is…. 5.7 billion dollars (US).

The reception range of the “Dispatch” radio all the way to Philly is also unlikely.
