When you have to hire a consultant to help you listen to your staff, you’re probably too late in the learning curve.
And here’s your check for the big bucks I should have been paying them all this time. [Sad but true, in my real world. :( ]
Ummm, I don’t get it.
I assume that this is an out-of-state consultant. They always have the “best” ideas and charge the highest fees.
Yea; heaven forbid you’d listen to your employees; the folks in the “trenches”! All companies claim they want input from the employees; but it just a smoke-screen. They only listen to suggestions that “align” with the corporate big-shots’ thoughts….
