Oh gods, no. Glitter is the herpes of arts and crafts. It gets absolutely everywhere, and you’ll be finding it in places you didn’t even know you had for ages afterwards.
Not a hint of shyness in Charlene today! She certainly has grown as a character in just 2 years, I would never have imagined her jumping and yelling at the top of her lungs…except when she’s angry at Roy. XD
I’ll say she tricked you Sam, I bet she told you she wanted to pick up some stuff to “liven up the bedroom”, she didn’t tell you it was glitter and decorations! ;D
why did they have to drag Roy and Sam to this store? Sedine and Charlene could just go together and leave the boys to watch football or something…all that aside the fourth panel is fantastic.
This illustrates very well the great gap between men and women: women can have fun, wear bright clothes, alter their hairstyles and makeup, etc. Men always have to consider their status, and not dare step too far out of conformity to the Guy Norm. Unless they’re working on a Darwin Award. It’s why I’ve always preferred the company of women: they remember what being a kid is like.
Great job Bea. The different angles, different people, amazing detail… wow! As for the story of this arc well it seems a bit biased:) Although, after seeing the pics I posted earlier in my comments, it does seem to be a world wide issue. It shows that husbands and wives really need to learn to like each other more. It also shows how manipulative and evil women can be. And how stupid and gullible guys can be. I guess I am lucky I don’t have a wife that finds it necessary to trick me to help her or doesn’t trust me to be alone. I guess in retrospect, these guys deserve to be treated like this if they are that messed up.

Oh boy…those two are going to love the new “maximalism” trend. I’ll bet they’re both dead shots…with a glue gun.

I think this experience will put Sam and Roy off of car rides for a while, if not forever.

Y’know, when these two first met, I never expected them to Gal Pal like this. ESPECIALLY not like this. XD

If “Hubby Lobby” is anything like Michaels it’ll have some tools and small woodworking kits, could this arc yeild a return of the Lumbercats? :D

Why I have the impression that only Gaby wouldn’t act as if she lacked of the half of her brain in that story?

A place where women can buy whatever they want? And their husbands are corralled on tight leashes?

The waiting area for husbands at Hubby Lubby is called the “Hubby Cubby”.
