The “Wright” brothers certainly capitalized on that edict many years before.
Why is it so much more likely that people will refuse to do what’s right, and then expect everyone else to do what’s left?
It’s too bad that a few hundred people in the nation’s capitol couldn’t do that instead of just worrying about their own power and money.
