    when I was 12 I made my parents take me to see Jack Benny live…he had his whole TV cast with him including Mel Blanc, and audience made him do voices….I saw Bugs Bunny live

    Have any of you heard about the original drawings of Tweety? He was flesh colored and not yellow. Censors thought he looked naked and Warner Bros artist were told to fix that. That is when he was switched to yellow. Since at that time most folks did not have color TV’s I assume that was when they were shown mostly at theatres as lead-ins to the feature films. I’ve seen some of those first ones but I never thought about it until I read or heard the story.
