That bit about stocking up on prescription meds? Can someone explain that to the insurance companies and pharmacies, because they won’t budge until there is a PROVEN emergency in my experience – you know, after the hurricane blows through.
There’s a big difference between a national emergency and the declaration of a national emergency.
