I’ve read that it’s more important to remember ONE particular feature about your assailant, than to try to remember their whole face. It’s easier to remember and to recognize, and it’s actually more reliable.
Especially if you have poked his eye out, laid scratch marks down his face, elbowed him in the nose, or kicked him in the cojones.
This one doesn’t pass the sniff test.
Looks like the police artist is behind in his work.
