Yeah! He’s still distracted. I recently read of a case of distracted driver getting ticketed even with a hands-free phone, because the driver was wearing a set of earbuds. (We’re not supposed to use more than a single ear-bud apparently.) I think it was in one of the prairie provinces (Canada.)
