Why doesn’t he have to worry? The government forces us to get social security numbers for our kids as soon as they’re born. From that point on they’re subject to identity theft. Happened to my son when he was 6 (luckily it was one credit card who dropped the whole mess when I sent proof of his age).

Sadly, kids (or their parents) do need to worry about it! Kids have become a favorite target of identity thieves!
