@HOOSIER, Me thinks that those “Fleas” are a hybrid strain with serrated upper choppers to inflict as much damage to dogs as possible, Since fleas do have some hard follicles growing between their scaly exoskeletons that are used to move faster through the dogs forestry like thick hairy areas, (Full disclosure; I am not a Scientist nor a animal anatomy expert, But I digress!)
