I got “instructor of the quarter” once. Rather diluted when the manager couldn’t pronounce my name when awarding it.
He’s not totally useless, he makes a very good ‘bad example’.
And year after year he is still on the payroll…why?
Norm should at least get a participation award…!
Norm’s only asset is giving Pat something to do.
But he should get the award for “Best Slacker.”
At least is constant in his behaviour.
