I still can’t figure out why someone would spend $500,000 to get into USC. It’s a good school and all, but half a mil???
The problem isn’t sleazy admission standards, its slack retention standards. Someone who got in inappropriately should be flunking out first semester. That they don’t says they have rigged it at both ends.
For half a million dollars, you could hire a personal tutor.
The kids would balk, ’cuz they want the party experience NOT the learning from a college education.
