When I carried mail , I never passed by a lemonade stand without stopping. One time I had a choice of large and small. I asked for large. Well the budding business man filled the cup half full. I paid my dollar and went on. It dawned on me that his parents probably filled all his drinks half full to prevent spilling. Brings back smiles.
My granddaughter took canned sodas out of my garage refrigerator, set up on sidewalk to sell to my neighbors and anyone walking by. I couldn’t be upset with her. She was so entrepreneurial (and also a cute little 6-7 year old).
