Paige: Nicole, what if we get caught? Nicole: We aren't going to get caught. Paige: What if our parents find out? Nicole: They aren't going to find out. Paige: What if we go through life tortured by the knowledge that we stole a CD from this store? Nicole: Paige, this is a mall, in two months this store won't even be here. Paige: Ahh, the complicated ethics of the 1990's Nicole: Think of this as one less item they'll hae to bother liquidating.

Paige, two years from now when you’re in a halfway house, the other girls won’t even be into that boy band.

Put it back, Paige. That album sucks.

Interesting that, in the complicated ethics of the 2000’s, they would probably download a torrent of the album and not even think about it. Paige, you wouldn’t download a car, would you?

We tell our kids to be careful of the friends they surround themselves with. We know that friends influence you in life and your choices. Mob mentality is catching. How many people you know are ruined in life now because they listened to the “bad kids” back in your youth? How many can say “I cannot believe I listened to that idiot?”

I remember walking in to get a sound track to a movie and seeing that the sound track cost more then the movie. Each single was just about the price of the movie. This was at several stores. So I purchased the movie and have never purchased a CD since.
Not a hard choice sense there hasn’t been a song out there in the last 15 years that was any good.

Shoplifting a physical disc is out, digitally pirating the album is in.
