Death has no face, and it has many faces. Early, late it still comes. I see advanced species mostly conquering death. And have unlimited life spans out into the cosmos. And also regulating births. The more who live longer, the fewer replacements needed.

The waiter should have let death take the glass from the tray, but then we couldn’t have any fun. But who really recognizes death when he comes.
