One needs to wonder about the quality of medical care in comics land. Her problem was with pantyhose, so the doc prescribes keeping away from socks. You would think he would want her to switch over to socks, at least temporarily. That’s like finding out you are allergic to peanut butter and being told to keep away from jelly.
