My cat used to steal lemonade out of my glass… I shudder to think about the times I drank it without knowing that she stole a few sips out of it. :-P

Yes, they can eat ice cubes, but can’t that guy hear Marm crunching?

My Dane taught the others dogs to eat ice cubes. Yes he will stare at my dad every day until he gives him cubes or he runs to the refrigerator when he hears then being dispensed.

I wouldn’t drink that lemonade. No telling what Marmaduke licked before he took the ice cubes.

All of our Labs and our Viszla love ice cubes. They would lick them and then suck on them till they melted in their mouths. Plus in the hot weather we’d put them to melt in their water dish.

One of my dachsies did the opposite. If there was a drink with ice nearby, he would carefully remove each cube and then slurp down the drink. The other dogs didn’t pay much attention to either the drink or the cubes, except that if I was getting ice cubes out of the freezer bin and dropped one, they would slide and chase it around the kitchen!
