I have one of those drinking birds, but mine doesn’t sit on the edge of the glass like that one does.You have to dip his bill in the drink to get him started rocking. After a short while evaporation takes overand the cycle starts… You need to monitor the water level to keep him going. An old novelty toy I oncenoticed in use in Westport, WA.
