Ziggy are you having DEJA VU because I am. I know it’s freezing outside and that same bird has not moved from the last cartoon. He must be frozen stiff by now.

You can’t please them Zig! First you give them a birdbath now they want it heated, next they will want deck chairs and waiters. Just give the thing some cement shoes and the complaint dept. will close.
