A moot point, since Obamacare was declared unconstitutional.
Of course, it would have killed jobs by putting small businesses out of business. McDonald’s has been offering employees low cost insurance for years; Obamacare would have made it more expensive, so they would have needed to stop offering it.

Obamacare is the appropriate term, unless of course you would prefer Liberal take control of your life and everything in it big mama government care. Which of course would be more accurate.
