He’s been in there for 48 hours - poncho has got to need to go out and water the lilies!

Some things between a man and his dog need to remain, regardless of the situation! LOL

Now you’re both in the dog house!

Just met and ol’ Ponch already made a bad impression.

Poncho, accept it, “Monkey Butt” has found a home, so get used to the cats!

Back to minus 10 on the scale for Chazz.

So I wonder if the home that Poncho and Chazz were living in before Year One is actually Carmen’s home that they moved into.

And I wonder if someone close to the author is wondering where the name came from. :)

Now look at the way Carmen glares at Chazz, like a wife more than as a new girl friend.

That is really sweet. She marries him with her eyes wide open, knowing what she’s getting into.

That’s true love. That marriage is going to last.

Carman does not have a well defined nose in profile.

Lucy fur….or he would have sprayed the entire closet with a quart of stinky cat spray.

Tham Packs, in the first Sunday strip in the collection “All Dogs Naturally Know How To Swim” (which makes it very likely the first Sunday strip to have appeared), six (of the eight) cat food dishes are shown, each of which bears a name, and five of the six names are readable. They are: Alex, Stanley, Osiris, Satchmo, and Dizzy.

But I only know of one strip (in that same book) where any cat’s name is actually spoken. One cat, speaking to another cat, refers to a third cat as “Stanley.”
