    There was a fellow spraying used fryer oil on dusty gravel roads in Saskatchewan a few years ago. Don’t know if he still does it, but apparently it hardened and packed the gravel down into a water resistant surface.

    Used fryer oil is collected and used it the cosmetic industry.
