At some rating sites, they only go from one to five stars.

You have to give at least one star.

I once wrote in that I would like a system where you could give no stars, or in some cases, NEGATIVE stars.

Haven’t we all seen places where they didn’t deserve any stars at all? Or even MINUS stars for exceptionally bad service?
