I wonder what the office building be like.

After a time they will say what the building is for.

And in 25 years (if even that long) they’ll tear it down and build something even bigger.

Since it is in past tense the building would have been built, then removed and the ground reseeded with grass to make what it says accurate.

I don’t see an office building.

And then tore it down??
