The moon mission was not purely scientific and there are much better uses of technology (e.g.) watches that monitor our hearts than the app shown here. I’m more alarmed by the large knowledge gap between the people who design the hardware/firmware/software in our computing devices and the people who use them. The computer power in a smartwatch is much greater than the computer power in the moon missions.
