I have taken to refilling the cat bowl up on the kitchen counter. If I try to fill the bowl on the floor, Sooty Cat will knock my hand to one side impatiently thus spilling said food on the floor. But then she’ll pick out food from the bowl and eat it on the floor anyway. You just can’t win.
