I haven’t trusted any review since I worked at Borders books and music and found out how they did their review. The register would print out a review check for random customers, if the customer went on line the review had 5 questions where they would rate their experience from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). The company would take the response from the customer and give the store a 0 for anything under 5, and a 1 for a 5, and then add them together to give us a rating from 0 to 5. Since only 5 counted in the rating that meant that there was no difference between a 1 and a 4 when people responded to the questioner and since most people don’t give the top rateing no matter how good the service it was rare to have a final rateing better than a 0.
