Garfield knows that look for 41 years.

Or “if you were helpless I’d eat you”.

I bet Nermal would agree with the TV commentator.

Take it from another fluffy kitty.

But a cat can start just at one part of you, like your toes, stretching out the torture to make it seem worthwhile.

Garfield, it actually I’m fluffy and cute and your fat and old.

Our rescue Persian looks so soft and fluffy but you should see her wrestling with our kitten (another rescue) and attacking catnip toys. She’s all cat.

(Added to what is Garfield saying in the last panel) isn’t that cannibalism (I know what it means but still)

But Garfield, isn’t that the same thing?

More than likely, being smaller would mean gato would torture the critter to death. Our cats, like Garfield, prefer well prepared, processed food. Afterall, cats have their standards, you know.

I would like to see the kitten.

Actually, the slow blink means “I love you”. If you blink slowly at your cat, she will blink back at you. (If she’s in the mood.)

I got the notion that The voice over from the TV is a reference to Mr. Rogers" everybody’s neighbor But that’s MHO

According to the cat books I’ve read, it means ‘I challenge your dominance and if you look away first, I will lord over you forever.’ But that’s not saying they’re right.

Truthfully it does mean that say scientists.
