Nowatimes I get prefilled out letters that I can add my own personal bits to; from DAV. They even have them set to go to the appropriate senate and house members in your area, depending on the proposed legislation at hand.
I type in my bits and then copy over to the other members addressed for that piece to be voted on. All these other political groups could take a lesson from that. They send you the issue they are championing and then leave the rest to you. I don’t know about other people but I do way much time online as it is and the more legwork I have to do to help someone advance their agenda the more I just hit “Delete”.
