Make banana bread!
Here in Northern Ca. 89 cents a pound, and haven’t brought any for sometime.
over ripe bananas? make banana pudding.
I usually buy just 4 very large and can eat 1/2 of one with lots of other fruit in my plain Greek yogurt for main breakfast (with my homemade fiber bar- no sugars).
