Yup! Every time I go to the big city this cycle repeats. Self-sabotage; luckily that’s only once a month. The occasional lapse in good judgement has a nourishing effect on my person, though obviously not my vessel.
And now there is the non-beef hamburger that has more calories, more chemicals, and uses a weeks allocation of soy! But they thought of everything… there is beet juice to make it look like a juicy beef burger, carmel colored “grill” marks, and plenty of extra salt. People are eagerly buying them and thinking they are doing something healthy when actually the whole thing is about the cost of beef and allowing the food chains a way to reduce their costs in making a burger. Wow… isn’t marketing a wonderful thing?

Heeeey. Could it be the reason I’ve lost 50+ pounds?
Nah. That’s crazy talk.
