PHANTOM: A nice one-panel artistic portrayal of the secret entrance to the Phantom’s Deep Woods, as “The Rhodian Column” story continues (and as we remain mystified as why the Rhodian’s have shown up in or near the Deep Woods). ???
JUDGE PARKER: I am just going to quote what the Comics Curmudgeon posted on Saturday: “ABBEY WHY ARE YOU RUNNING A B&B AT ALL YOU DON’T ENJOY IT AND VERY MUCH DO NOT NEED THE MONEY?” ???
MARY WORTH: Wilbur is a former sportswriter and is really into boxing. Estelle doesn’t like boxing and is having second thoughts about spending time with him watching boxing on the screen. I think she should have spoken up about her feelings…and not just dump the budding relationship without giving Wilbur a chance to make a choice. Of course, Wilbur erred in not asking Estelle if she would be interested in watching the boxing documentary. Maybe she (Estelle) should write “Dear Wendy.” ???

Funky – Yesterday’s strip was tastefully done. Not sure about Cindy’s response today. a little self-importance and self-serving there.
Crankshaft – Did this couple get married, or are we being very modern?
Mandrake – Is that Nardia? If so, why the surprise? Nardia would have always had faith in Mandrake’s survival.
