It’s the first and only Ballard St sinkhole – soon to become Lake Ballard.

But he’ll rise above it… If Mavis hurries up with that winch…

Every cloud has a silver lining. Teddy know how to take advantage of the moment. Sadly, the free roaming pigs that roam the Ballard neighborhood will soon oust Ted and turn his pool into a wallow.

Teddy, you’ve probably poked a hole into your sprinkler water line. The neighbors have told you over and over again that you shouldn’t use a pogo stick with a sharp end, but do you listen?

When his MP3 burned out, it might have taken him with it!

And some people pay big bucks for a mud bath, too.

Looks like Teddy found the old septic tank. I wouldn’t stay long, Teddy.
