I expect her expectations are rather low.

Her expectations will be fine if she just stays there. It’s when you get up that things start going wrong.

Managing solely by pulling a blanket over her head? Or might there be something more than Gwen under that blanket?

I wonder if she and her slippers are free about 10:57 tomorrow morning. My floors need mopping.

As long as Gwen doesn’t expect much, her expectations will manage themselves quite nicely.

Some people start slow in the morning…gather their thoughts and expectations before they have their coffee…..

My expectations are perfectly managed.

Society’s expectations of me are the things that need management.

I expect to be napping later in the morning.

Like me, poor Gwen needs a shave. Must still be Winter on Ballard Street. No razors allowed until the weather warms.

And a wise woman she is.. without due reflection one can easily start a day of despair.

…And the rest of the day managing her expectorations… ☺
