Probably a rougher start than we are being shown. Larry appears to have overshot his designated landing area and lost a key piece of protective gear in the process. We can see the sidewalk just beyond. Then, if we consider that the word “sidewalk” implies that it in fact runs beside something, we are forced to conclude that beyond the sidewalk’s rather unyielding surface lies an even less yielding expanse of pavement. There is hope, lest you despair. There is frequently a strip of green space twixt street and walk. We can all hope that Larry has safely touched down there.
I have no qualifications whatsoever to make any analysis of the physical “scene of the crime.” But this is Ballard Street, where a lack of qualifications has never stopped anyone before. And far be it from me to break with tradition. So here is another potential scenario to explain what we late arrivals see as the end result. Larry sailed off the ramp as already surmised, then began, planned or un, a forward roll. He and his chariot parted company at this point The hoped-for 360 became a 180. Larry hit the mattress and lost his helmet, and bounced off the mattress before most of the chariot came to rest on it Might explain how he could have ended up on that green space..

I hope he’s on the way to the hospital. That was a hard landing for the trike, and it didn’t miss the mattress like Larry did.

Unless Larry is under the mattress. In which case Larry is gonna be spitting stuffing for about a week.

I’d say it’s been turned upside down.

That’s a rough way to start your morning even if you NAIL the stunt.

The sad thing is that Larry’s lawn always looks like this. The BBC (Ballard Beautification Committee) is set to take action…

Larry was recreating Evil Kenevil’s failed jump at Caesar’s Palace. You should see Larry’s slow motion video of the aftermath.

What I want to know is, how’d Larry get out of his padded cell? Did someone change his meds?

Well, the problem is obvious. He forgot the wings.

What’s that sticking up in the middle? I thought it was Larry’s nose.

There’s another possibility: The trike made it off the ramp… Larry didn’t… ㋡

Forgot to paint flames on the side of the trike?
