It’s too bad Mr. Salem and Ginger can’t come back and haunt some of the newspapers that dropped your comic. I’m up to 2003 on the past comics. A few of the people who sent you e-mails were kinda weird. Bet you’re glad you didn’t live next door to them.
Thank you for your wonderful tributes to Lee, Lennie. I love that other people are getting to know about him through your strip. He revolutionized our world by seeking out comic strips that people could relate to in much more personal way. We will miss him so much.

I read all the links Lennie wrote in the comments of the last strip. Apparently Mr. Salem was as much of a genius at his role as those he found.
