Snoopy sits on the doghouse and reads a letter. He thinks, "Well, I'll be!"<BR><BR> Snoopy stands next to Charlie Brown. Charlie Brown reads the letter and says, "Well, I'll be!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown holds the letter up to Linus and says, "Look at this . ." Linus says, "Well, I'll be!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown pats Snoopy on the head and smiles. He asks, "Who else do you know whose dog has just been promoted to 'Head Beagle'?"<BR><BR>
