Snoopy is being sworn in as the new 'Head Beagle.'"<BR><BR> Lucy stands next to Linus. Charlie Brown continues, "All three networks are carrying it . . It's a very moving ceremony . . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown smiles and says, "This is the proudest moment of my life . ." Linus smiles and says, "He's your dog, Charlie Brown!" Lucy frowns and says, "He'll probably get impeached!"<BR><BR>

And ironically enough, the president at that time ended up getting impeached himself (well, he resigned to avoid impeachment, but close enough).
